There have been several new gourmet burger places popping up on my radar lately and I recently decided to try my brother’s favorite Crow Burger Kitchen in Newport Beach. Now having just had an Umami Burger a few weeks before I was pretty positive that I had already tasted the best burger in town.
I was wrong! The burger I had here was then best I have ever had! Better than the Wine Country Burger at St. Roys Chef’s Pub.
I opted to build my own: Blue Cheese, Bacon, Carmelized Onions…it was bomb! The best part of their burgers is the buns if you ask me. The aren’t the typical buttery brioche they are more spongy and dare I say moist (I apologize to those who hate that word). It is hard to describe but I’ve never had anything like it, YOU MUST TRY THIS PLACE.
