Supper Club Re-Cap

So we had our first supper club meet-up at my house last week and it was a great time, the theme was french food and we all left feeling the lethargy of cream, butter, wine, and lots of carbs. I had a fun time making a pretty table for all of us and we even made little potted lavender plant favors for everyone to take home (which were super fragrant and totally inexpensive to put together).

We live in a tiny apartment and the dining room has minimal space so we re-arranged some furniture and added in a big table and miraculously fit 8 people at our table…it can be done!

I got all the flowers at TJ’s for a whopping $4.99 total!

I found this great paper at Aron’s Brothers, who knew they sell these amazing “frenchie” inspired paper there.  There were like 6 different kinds.

We used napkin rings from my brother-in-law Jeff’s wedding that they had made themselves and gave as wedding favors.  My husband gets all clept-o when he drink so before we left his brothers wedding he went around to all the tables and took a bunch so instead of walking away with two we have like 15!

  1. Um, how cute is THIS?! I adore hydrangeas and those vases are so cool. I saw some at TJ Maxx that were similar, and almost snagged them. We’ve got great taste :)

    Hope your week is amazing!

I love seeing those napkin rings used! They look perfect with your table decorations. And, tell Jon there are plenty more where those came from. :)
