Ingredients: (Sorry I don’t measure, so just use as much as you like)
Tuna Steaks
2 pounds Roma Tomato
Yellow Onion
Shallot
Capers
1/2 cup of white wine
Lemon
Olive Oil
Thyme
Italian Parsley
Simmer your onion and shallot in olive oil, when golden add your chopped tomato’s (seed first if you prefer), add lemon juice and white wine and simmer on low. Now take some more olive oil and sear the tuna steaks (about 3 min each side) then set in an oven safe dish and put in the oven at 300 for about 10 min. Take your sauce and add about 3 tbsp. capers and your fresh chopped herbs. Tip: Add water to the sauce if needed.
