Ingredients:
4 cups Chicken Broth
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cubes frozen crushed garlic from Tj’s
1 package of chicken potstickers from Tj’s
1 20ounce bag of stir fry vegetables from Tj’s
1/2 cup shredded carrot
4 green onions thinly sliced
2 tsp of sesame oil
Combine broth, vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic and bring to a boil. Add your potstickers and reduce heat and simmer for 4 min. Add the veggies and simmer until tender (about 3 min.). Garnish with green onion and a drizzle of the sesame oil.
