This soup was a favorite for me when I was a little girl living in Thailand. When we would go to Phuket there was a lady who had a rusty old cart that she would roll along the beach selling chicken soup to tourists. It was seriously magical soup, there is no way t obe sure of here recipe but this picture is pretty close to what it looked like. I am going to try the recipe I’ll let you know if it comes close.
